This policy priorities document was produced over several months – during which time we shared research documents and op-eds. We debated the issues on-line with as many of the leaders of our petition co-sponsors as participated. We also held a policy conference in October of 2016. A few more months of debate and editing ensued. Here you see the result. We welcome debate and new information about research on these priorities: they are not fixed in stone, but serve as a point of dialogue with our allies and with policymakers.
